Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Laureldale, PA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans
