NestWell Health a brand new home care company, is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as HHAs, CNAs, and PCA's. We are looking for individuals with a compassion for helping our clients stay in their homes safely.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Help with meal preparation and medication administration

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment

- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

- Keep track of clients' medical records and report any changes to the supervising nurse

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of hospice care, senior care, and medical terminology is a plus

- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information

- MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
