Position Summary: The Home Care Administrator is a key member of our management team, responsible for the overall operations of the office, including staffing, scheduling, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and their families. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, organization, and a dynamic personality to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving, a structured approach to administrative tasks, and a drive to create a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the home care office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, providing exceptional service to clients, their families, and caregivers.
  • Develop and maintain organized systems for client records, scheduling, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with the management team to implement and refine operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage office expenses and budget to ensure financial health and sustainability.
  • Foster a positive, energizing work environment that supports team collaboration and high-quality care delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and service provision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct home care experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in home healthcare or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize office operations and staff.
  • Dynamic personality with a strong drive, positive energy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in office management software and technology.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and compassion for clients and their families.
