Job Summary:
As the Social Media & Community Manager will support the brand’s continued growth by leading all community initiatives, strategy, and community content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Reddit, with the responsibility of planning, developing and managing the strategy for each to support the growth of the company’s social men, community and consumer engagement. The role will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing business and team. You will work with the marketing team, creative team and content manager to plan and create in-house content and repurposing unique and effective content from our platforms, retailors, brand activities, partnerships and community building events to build out a strong content calendar for all platforms. This role is also responsible for acting as the brand voice by constantly engaging with our customers/followers/non-followers across all channels and mediums to elevate their experience, to grow our community, generate community engagement and develop brand champions. Must be up to date on all social media community trends, and passionate about the social media landscape, in order to successfully bring new ideas to the table, test new activations which will ultimately continue to grow the channels.
