Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals and exceptional service to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for food service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents according to dietary guidelines
- Ensure that all meals are presented in an appetizing manner
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the dietary department to meet the nutritional needs of residents
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food production processes
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and special diets is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff and residents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
