Role Overview:

Analytics Managers play an exciting role in shaping Analytics at HealthScape, helping lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge capabilities to clients across the healthcare industry while fostering the future leaders of our firm. This role is based in Chicago and requires time in the HealthScape office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of analytics for ongoing and ad-hoc consulting engagements, including designing analytical approaches and methodologies, defining data needs, evaluating data quality, and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and solve client challenges.
  • Design, build, deploy, and maintain data and analytics artifacts in our proprietary analytics environment including data models, code scripts, visualizations and dashboards, and statistical and advanced analytics models that support key business decisions.
  • Lead the translation, integration, and evolution of analytics artifacts deployed on client engagements into standardized and scalable components of the HealthScape analytics infrastructure.
  • Develop insightful narratives and presentations to communicate analytics insights and connect findings to business value for both technical and non-technical (e.g., business) stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead client executive stakeholder meetings to effectively understand client needs, opportunities, and accuracy of deliverables/findings.
  • Identify business-aligned emerging healthcare analytic themes in collaboration with leadership and lead innovation with the design and development of new capabilities and solutions.
  • Mentor, teach, and develop analytic staff members by providing career development opportunities and real-time feedback, both in technical and non-technical competencies.
  • Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and the team you supervise.
  • Support the continued development of data and analytics culture across HealthScape Advisors through knowledge sharing, cross-functional training, and mentorship.
  • Lead and oversee engagement administrative activities including arrangement letter drafting, status report preparation, billing preparation, and work paper finalization
