We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Programmer with a strong emphasis on networking expertise and proficiency in audio codec programming. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) audio and communication capabilities. If you have a deep understanding of networking protocols, hands-on experience in audio codec programming, and a passion for advancing UAS technology, we want you to be part of our cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust networking solutions for UAS communication systems.
• Optimize network performance, ensuring seamless data transmission and reception.
• Develop and integrate audio codecs to enhance the audio processing capabilities of UAS systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative audio solutions.
• Contribute to the overall development of UAS systems, focusing on networking and audio components.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure system integration and functionality.
• Identify and resolve networking and audio-related issues through systematic troubleshooting.

• Provide clear documentation for troubleshooting and future development.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or minimum six (6) years or more of related experience.
• Proven experience in networking protocols and infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in audio codec programming and optimization.
• Candidate must be a US-only Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAS systems and their components.
• Programming skills in Python
• Knowledge of communication protocols and standards.
