Job Description Summary -Establish Best Practices for environmental sustainability. Responsible for managing a key part of the administration function in a country/site or has a global role overseeing strategic projects Job Description Major accountabilities: Deals with complex administrative and organizational assignments independently and supervises takes care of general administrative tasks -Supports and initiates optimization of current processes and introduction of new or modified processes. Establishes a strong and sustainable network with stakeholders, clients and service functions. Provides detailed technical or professional advice to external and internal contacts and recommends adaptations to processes. Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units. Effective global administrative team providing individual support to executives and support to line functions. Experts in a specialized aspect of REFS providing technical expertise and advice to the business. Monitoring and performing inventories weekly and monthly of housekeeping and pantry stocks. Ensuring that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the service area. Investigate various incidents & implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence -Ensure delivery of Projects like setting up of new offices, renovations, Repairs & Maintenance etc. -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key performance indicators: Brings insights and innovation into global processes -Coordination of effective communication and achieving financial target -Proven resilience and strong leadership skills to drive change Minimum Requirements: Work Experience: Project Management.
