Responsibilities:

- Manage and conduct sales activities for used vehicles including lead management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Skills:
- Retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the automotive industry
- Organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and paperwork effectively
- Public speaking skills to confidently present information to customers and address any questions or concerns
- Cold calling abilities to generate leads and expand customer base
