Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:
Predominantly responsible for the infrastructure support and maintenance for users in our New York offices as well as remote regions where required. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the standard Windows desktop environment and experience in working in an Enterprise Front Office/Banking/Trading environment. There may be a requirement to work shifts in order to cover trading times, although the hours covered are not expected to be outside of 7am – 7pm, with occasional weekend work. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, pro-active and keen to enhance/develop their technical skills set through both hands on experience and training.
This role would be suited to a highly motivated self starter who would thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. The ability to work well under pressure and quickly learn new skills is essential Creativity and innovative ideas to resolve complex problems, or propose improvement to the business is favorable.
