As part of our US-based team, you will assume full responsibility for establishing and guiding the Fintech sales division. Your role will involve cultivating and converting leads from our extensive pipeline of fintech opportunities at Ascenda, while also identifying fresh targets poised to leverage our premium rewards offering.

Join our dynamic sales force as one of its earliest team members, contributing to the development of our marketing and sales strategies as we strive for hypergrowth. Our team spans 20 cities worldwide, with dual headquarters in Singapore and the US, totaling 250 team member

The Role: Staff Product Manager, Rewards Content 

As a vital member of the Partners & Rewards team, you'll play a central role in our product's success. Our rewards marketplace is a key differentiator on our rewards platform, offering users a diverse selection of redemption options, ranging from airline miles to cryptocurrencies.

The Partners & Rewards team spearheads the curation & implementation of compelling, game-changing rewards content. We also work hand-in-hand with our rewards partners to help them scale revenue with ease.

Your Impact: 

  • Spearheading the exploration, assessment, and seamless integration of fresh rewards content tailored to resonate with our diverse user base across the global landscape.

  • As a Product Manager, you'll serve as the pivotal link between our Engineering, Business Development, and Partnership teams.

  • You will steer the roadmap and priorities of your domain by deeply understanding the users, competitors, and our product suite, then build shared understanding among stakeholders.

  • You will oversee every phase of the product lifecycle, from ideation to sunset, meticulously ensuring that objectives are crystal clear, releases adhere to schedules, and users are deeply engaged with our array of rewards content.

  • You will collaborate closely with our designers, engineers and other key stakeholders to determine the best solution and ship features that make a difference.

Who You Are 

    • 8 years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of working directly with engineering teams to deliver successful products.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS or consumer apps in a product role.

    • Experience in the rewards & loyalty space, and/or having a technical background is a big plus!

    • You have deep experience working with APIs and third-party evaluations and integrations, enabling seamless interoperability and extensibility of our platform.

    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results amidst ambiguity and change.

    • You are exceptionally good at making complex things simple, and writing down a solution in simple, clear, yet comprehensive terms.

    • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in a technology organization.

    • You demonstrated the ability to problem-solve independently, by synthesizing information from multiple sources and seeing the big picture.

    • You are a real generalist who cracks any and every problem with creative solutions, and you have a strong natural sense of what's technically and commercially viable.
