**Description**
**UCT** is seeking an experienced and talented **Driver** to join our team in **Austin, TX!** Responsible for loading, delivering, and unloading products and supplies. Packages materials and products manually. Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating a product or package appearance. Folds & tapes boxes apply labels and stack boxes on pallets according to direction.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Packages materials, supplies, and products to meet production requirements and customer requests.
* Ensures packaging meets all company, local, and other requirements and regulations.
* Ensures loads are properly secured on vehicles for delivery.
* Secures loads through a variety of packing methods.
* Operates manual load devices as appropriate.
* Loads, delivers, and unloads products and materials from the delivery truck.
* Operates vehicles up to 32 flatbed trucks in a safe manner and follows all state driving requirements.
* Performs other duties as required.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
* Valid unrestricted driver's license required.
* Knowledge of commonly-used packaging and loading concepts, practices, and policies.
* Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other manual load devices to move products
**Educational/Certification Requirement:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
**Experience Requirement:**
**Work Experience:**
* Previous driving experience preferred

**Overnight Travel:**
* Work may require out-of-town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).
