Full Speed Chicken and Ribs is the newest space to open on Roosevelt Ave in Downtown Phoenix and we are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Front of House associate to join our team. We are planning to open in early April! As a Front of House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a world class experience for our guest. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Greet guest as they enter the store with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guest in finding products and provide recommendations as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Prepare and package delivery and takeout orders
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bright and energetic personalities a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food handlers certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
