Atlanta Healthcare, LLC is Hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technician Near Fayetteville, GA
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision of the authorized user. Additionally, they will operate radioisotopic detector equipment to produce photoscans of designated areas of the human body for patients across various age groups, including neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
In Cardiology Services, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist will primarily serve adult and geriatric patients.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or eligibility for certification through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Registered as a CT Technologist for sites with PETCT within one year of hire date.
Preferred:
- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Registration as a CT Technologist through the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
