Jani-King of Dallas is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and payment processing.

• Responsibilities: Generate and distribute accurate invoices for clients
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process payments and issue refunds as needed
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely and accurate payment
• Collaborate with other departments to improve billing processes
• Qualifications: 2 years of billing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the janitorial or facilities management industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
