Job Description
Our Registered Nurses play a fundamental role in providing exceptional patient care and meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation).
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition to physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and coworkers.
- Participate in the discharge planning process.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program or Associate Degree in Nursing/Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- ACLS certification is required; PALS preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
