Position Duties:

The National Sales Manager has responsibility to meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets for specific market segments and assigned house accounts. Responsibilities including prospecting customers in specific markets, maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, attending events and trade shows, customer sales travel, providing product training and contributing to the leadership team. Researching prospects including email solicitations, phone inquiries, target company and professional organization web site searches, creative sales packages, presentations, phone and video conferencing. Effectively travel 6-9 days per month when needed to meet customers to increase sales and improve relationships. Responsible for providing accurate and on time sales reporting. Provide input on market trends, customer feedback, suggested improvements to support sales, product offering and market efforts to target markets. Responsible for helping set up new accounts and liaising with accounting, customer service and logistics.

Relationship oriented - provide reliable communication to accounts to grow the business together.

Analytic - ability to analyze information and data to help with decision making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business or related area.

3-5 years sales experience of progressive responsibility

Track record of successfully achievement of sales targets and goals

Confidence in researching new customer opportunities and finding the correct decision maker. Experienced travel efficiently and effectively 6-9 days per month as needed. Position is based in Seattle headquarters office.

Proficiency in direct sales to retail buyers, retail sales and sales programs

Microsoft Office competency.

Experience selling to retailer buyer is required.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus commissions and bonuses, health insurance benefits, great team environment, 401k program, generous holidays schedule, vacation time and personal time offering are part of total compensation package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
