Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner plays a critical role in improving production equipment reliability by providing quality work planning and scheduling. The Planner will provide updated, detailed, and thorough work instructions, utilizing feedback from Maintenance Technicians. The Planner will take the lead on optimizing the preventative maintenance schedule to ensure work being done effectively and efficiently. The planner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance to the maintenance schedule. Maintenance knowledge, communication, and organizational skills are vital for the planner to be effective. The planner will be available for fluctuating shifts and overtime where appropriate in order to respond to production needs. The planner will demonstrate a high level of responsibility and accountability while working effectively and efficiently.
