Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank contracts and registration paperwork
  • Ensure the accuracy of the information and that all documentation required is obtained
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate all out-of-state vehicle registrations
  • Assist billing and funding manager to ensure timely funding
  • Scanning and archiving data
  • Answering phones with a smile and relaying messages to staff
  • Assisting guests wherever needed

Pay:

$38,000- $42,000 per year

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with some overtime available based on needs. 9 am - 4 pm Mon -Fri
