```Duties```
MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL SOLAR SALES EXPERIENCE
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial sector
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Present product offerings and negotiate contracts with potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales agreements
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
```Experience```
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the commercial sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with market trends and competition in the commercial industry
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in commercial solar sales is a must
