Job Summary:
The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH) is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge and leadership skills will be essential in providing maintenance activities and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a certification from a reputable trade school or have a minimum of three (3) years verifiable experience.

Duties:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficient in facilities maintenance techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to address concerns professionally
