We are immediately hiring for a Director with at least 3 year of prior experience in role.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM, work schedule is based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a closely related field.
• 90 Hour Child Care Certification
• 45 Hour Infant and Toddler Certification
• 45 Hour Director Administrative Course or willingness to take
• Experience with Procare (Preferred)
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience with children ages six weeks to five years.
• Minimum of two years administrative experience in Early Childhood Education
• Experience presenting and leading large group meetings
• Experience responding to and resolving staff, student, and parent concerns
• Experience developing or implementing classroom management strategies focused on positive reinforcement
• Knowledge of MSDE and Office of Child Care licensing regulations
• Physical ability for activities with children, i.e. jump, dance, walk and run
