About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be the mastermind behind our brand and product storytelling, orchestrating impactful marketing strategies that resonate across consumer and business landscapes. This role is tailor-made for a visionary marketer who aims to elevate our presence to legendary status in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies that amplify our brand’s narrative and boost visibility across both D2C and B2B channels.
  • Oversee the production of top-tier sales collateral, ensuring all materials align perfectly with our brand’s ethos and appeal to both retail and wholesale markets.
  • Lead the management and execution of product launches, crafting campaigns that excite and engage our target audiences.
  • Design and coordinate multi-channel campaigns, integrating efforts across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Coordinate store activations, trade events, and other event marketing initiatives.
  • Work directly with our retail partners in crafting unique point-of-sale opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine our marketing approach, driving innovation and responsiveness in our strategies.
  • Cultivate a creative and efficient team environment, guiding your team in the creation of inspiring marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with business partners to enhance our brand's reach and influence within the industry.
  • Manage the marketing budget with strategic foresight, focusing on maximizing ROI and driving significant market growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Extensive experience in senior marketing roles.
  • A strategic leader with exceptional skills in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to manage product launches and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication and team leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • A robust passion for the cannabis culture and a firm commitment to its advancement and regulatory landscape.
