JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, problem solve, learn in a quick fashion, communicates in an effective and clear manner, provides a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and team members. 

• Responsible for batching materials with quality control

• Order raw materials for batching

• Able to operate a forklift

• Able to operate/maneuver vehicles to facilitate loading and unloading of trailers in tight spaces, including backing up and making sharp turns

• Onload/Offload bulk tankers with materials

• Clean of bulk tankers

• Clean and sanitize equipment

• Lubricate and clean parts/replace packing and equipment to ensure proper operation.

• Production processing according to specifications

• Understand and follow the safety rules and practices in accordance with the Company's safety manual and policies

• Assist maintenance with light repairs as needed

• Team oriented; job may include more duties than what is listed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Mechanical aptitude and ability are essential

• 1-3 years of production/warehouse experience

• Forklift Certification and experience a must

• Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets companies’ insurability requirements

• Familiar with operating/maneuvering vehicles to facilitate loading and unloading of trailers in tight spaces, including backing up and making sharp turns

• Capable of following all safety regulations and making sure trailers are secure using the appropriate methods

• Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly requiring sitting, stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.
