Wavelynx Technologies is a leading company in the access control industry, specializing in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electronics for credentialing and access control. We seek a highly skilled and motivated Lab Technician to join our team. As a Lab Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the quality and testing of the company products.

This is a Monday through Friday role, 100% onsite at our facilities in Broomfield, CO. 

Duties/Responsibilities

• Willing to take initiative and capable of working in teams or independently

• Proficient at surface mount soldering

• Proficient with common electronics test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DC power analyzers, spectrum analyzers

• Capable of executing and documenting test plans for product validation testing in a development environment

• Capable of executing and documenting work procedures and test procedures in a high-volume manufacturing environment

• Develop and maintain equipment calibration schedules for the development and manufacturing equipment

• Willing to work cross-functionally in and with other departments to complete tasks dictated by management. 

Required Skills/Abilities

• Associate/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred

• 2 years experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Excel

• ASEET, BSEET or equivalent work experience required

• Experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.

• Must be able to climb a ladder. 

• Must be able to work on machines requiring kneeling on the ground, reaching into tight spaces, etc. 

• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

• This position's hourly pay is $24 -$26 hourly depending on experience
