Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our practice, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and assisting with administrative tasks. Your multitasking abilities and communication skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for in-person visitors.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
· Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and insurance eligibility checks..
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
· Perform various clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1-2 years of front desk or receptionist experience.
Physical Requirements:
· Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
· May require long periods of sitting and standing.
· Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.
· Good communication skills and emotional resilience to provide support to patients facing mental health challenges.
Minimum salary/hourly: $17/hour
Maximum salary/hourly: $17/hour
