The Inventory Systems Analyst is responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory management processes within the organization's systems infrastructure. This role requires a strong proficiency in various software tools and technologies, including Excel, SQL, and middleware.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Responsibilities

· Inventory Management: Conduct daily reviews of inventory data to ensure accuracy and integrity within the systems.

· Data Analysis: Utilize Excel, SQL, and other tools to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and generate insights for decision-making.

· Error Handling: Monitor and address errors that occur between WMS and ERP systems, including root cause analysis and resolution.

· Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure alignment between inventory systems.

· System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes and system functionalities, working closely with IT and operations teams as needed.

· Project Management: Manage projects related to inventory system enhancements, upgrades, or integrations, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of inventory processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management.

· Strong proficiency in Excel, including lookup, pivot table creation, and comparison.

· Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

· Experience with Smart Connect or similar middleware platforms is a plus.

· Demonstrated experience in inventory management and analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

· Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
