As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing friendly and attentive service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests at our hotel bar. Your duties will include:

• Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and quality standards.
• Engaging with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and provide information about our bar offerings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborating with other members of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and guest service at all times.
• Working with Turbo Chef and serving Bar Food as well

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be of legal drinking age
