About You: You are a seasoned finance professional with 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. You have a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.

You have a proven track record of building cost centers and implementing cost control measures. Your ability to forecast and model financial scenarios allows you to provide strategic recommendations that align with organizational goals. You are detail-oriented, autonomous, and possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant financial information for analysis.
  • Implement best practices for cost control and reduction, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Analyze budget versus actual performance, identifying variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of operational decisions and initiatives.
  • Develop financial models to assess the impact of different scenarios on the organization's financial performance.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
  • Generate and distribute regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Lead the design and implementation of cost centers, considering the unique requirements of our organization.
  • Develop methodologies for allocating costs across different business units and functions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of cost data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on cost center performance, budget variances, and financial trends.
  • Present findings to key stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations based on cost analysis.
  • Conduct special financial analyses as requested by management.
  • Provide insights into specific financial issues or projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst in supply chain or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Autonomy and self-driven initiative, capable of making decisions independently.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in cost accounting and cost center management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
