Job Overview:
We are seeking a well versed Travel LPN to staff a float pool position within a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility. Experience in MS/TELE in a fast paced environment would translate well to the role.

- $1493 per week.

- 5x8s, 40hrs per week.

- Evenings 3pm-11:30pm

- Every other Weekend.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide wound care and dressing changes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid LPN license in MA.

- BLS.

- 2 years of experience.

- Knowledge of traches, vents, tele, and rehab procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and high patient ratios.
