Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated SNF/LTC travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13 week contract for 40 hours per week starting 5/27; 40 hours per week, 5x8s with every other weekend. To be considered for this position, you must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide patient education on various health conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice or compact
- Basic life support certification
- 2 years of SNF/LTC experience
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
