Job Summary

iLABS is currently seeking a Mechanic (Food/Flavor Production) to join our team. This role is a great opportunity to get to the ground floor of a growing and successful company. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to work hard and grab opportunities. This is an hourly position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general upkeep and ensure that infrastructure is safe and functional at all times.
• Test and observe equipment and machinery using tools and other testing devices to diagnose malfunctions and make repairs as needed.
• Care for machinery and equipment by cleaning them after use, adjusting parts and lubricating moving components as needed to ensure proper, efficient function.
• Record all maintenance and repair services performed, and keep track of all materials and parts used during the repair process.
• Order or request orders to be placed to replenish materials and parts when inventory grows low or is depleted.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic (Food or Dietary Supplement).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Aptitude for math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
