As a part of the event sales team, you will leverage your creativity and enthusiasm to enhance brand exposure. Engage with customers through detailed presentations and demonstrations, guiding them to make informed decisions. Your goal is to complete the sales process, ensuring customers leave the promotional event with everything they need.

Event Preparation:

• Collaborate in arranging promotional booths, displays, and signage at event venues.
• Ensure orderly arrangement of promotional materials and product samples for easy access.
• Coordinate with the sales team to devise strategies for optimizing sales opportunities during events.

Customer Engagement:

• Welcome event attendees warmly and engage them in meaningful conversations to pique their interest in the promoted offerings.
• Furnish details about product features, advantages, and ongoing promotional incentives to potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.

Sales Support:

• Assist customers with product demonstrations and samples, encouraging them to experience and purchase.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately through POS systems or manual procedures, maintaining pricing precision and inventory control.
• Recommend complementary products or services to enhance sales revenue.

Brand Representation:

• Maintain a vibrant and positive demeanor while representing the brand at promotional events.
• Uphold brand guidelines and messaging in all customer interactions and promotional collateral.
• Serve as a brand advocate, embodying and effectively conveying brand values to customers.

Event Cleanup and Wrap-up:

• Assist in disassembling promotional displays and packing materials post-event.
• Conduct inventory audits to reconcile product samples and promotional items.
• Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions, sales trends, and event outcomes for future improvements.
