Exciting Opportunity: Events Staff | Immediate Start

As Events Staff you will play a vital role in the completion of pop-up and promotional events. This position is highly competitive, and by joining the events team, you will provide departmental administration, customer service and promotional support, and contribute to the planning and execution of the events.

Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred

Location: On - Site position, Venice, CA

Events Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting the events team with a high number of events.
• Achieving campaign targets.
• Assisting in the efficient setup and dismantling of events.
• Assisting customers understand the products, promotions and services on offer.
• Process new customer information as needed.
• Ensuring timely arrival of all branded items for events.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working outside normal office hours.
• Professionalism when representing the business.
