The Parking Facilities Lead is a vital role within our Parking and Mobility department. This position will play a critical role in the maintenance and execution of all parking related matters. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in their work. Working closely with the Parking Manager, the Lead ensures that daily operations meet our highest standards of excellence.

This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. The scope of this position encompasses a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation with the transition of numerous daily events. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.

What You Will Do

• Implement and oversee the deployment of all parking-related assets across company-owned parking lots/garages.
• Assist with the implementation of various departmental policies and procedures.
• Support the Parking Manager in the day-to-day upkeep of the company-owned vehicle fleet.
• Track and report any and all damage to company owned or leased property.
• Ensure all parking locations meet internal standards of cleanliness.
• Must be comfortable utilizing various types of technology to assist in operations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Parking and Mobility Management Team.

Your Background, Skills, and Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
• Able to read, write, and take directions in English.
• Bilingual with conversational level skills in Spanish a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.

Special Requirements of the Job

• This position requires frequent bending, the ability to move and lift at least 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, exposure to multiple external elements, and extensive walking through the property.

Compensation

• The range for this position is $22 - $25 per hour. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
