We are looking for smart hard working individuals that value opportunity commensurate to your effort. Salaries range between $75,000 and $100,000 depending on experience and skills. A Portfolio Community Manager reports to the Board of Directors for individual properties in a portfolio of properties. Management of the associations includes working with property Board Members on supervision of all employees/vendors, homeowner relations, and coordination of professional services, administration, administration of maintenance and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Community Managers must have a CAM license, CMCA or comparable certification or experience. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of this type of management, accounting, building maintenance, computer, and communications skills. Must be proficient in using a computer, e-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel. College degree, comparable work experience, and solid business skills required.
