Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to inspect finished fabric to ensure all quality and customer expectations have been met. 

Responsibilities and Duties

· Inspects rolls of finished fabric to ensure all quality and customer expectations have been met.

· Examines width on all rolls of fabric.

· Inspects rolls of fabric for defects.

· Identifies each roll of fabric.

· Scans bar code and enters yardage and weight into computer system.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

· The employee will lift and move heavy items, which will require the ability to repeatedly push up to 80 pounds.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods of time.

· The employee will be handling materials daily, which requires the ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods.
