We are seeking a highly organized and effective Warehouse Manager to oversee our production team across multiple brands within Greenawalt Hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the entire production lifecycle, including equipment and supplies management, quality control, and product development. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the production team across all brands, ensuring efficient workflow and high- quality output.
• Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stocking, and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold our standards of excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product management, fulfillment, and accounts teams to streamline processes and meet customer demands.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or event industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology for inventory management and production planning.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree is not required, but relevant job experience is essential.
