Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
- Manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers, to ensure high-quality and cohesive content production.
- Plan, create, and edit compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Conduct content audits and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and product development, to align content with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content channels.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance content delivery and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role.
- Strong editorial skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in content management systems and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful content strategies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient skill in creation and editing software ( Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, IMovie, etc. )
Starting Salary: $40,000 (with all qualifications)
