Rewarding opportunity to be part of an orthopedic/therapy team in our Back Care Center and Physical Therapy Departents. OFC is a single-specialty, orthopedic physician-owned clinic.
The PTA provides physical therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
You will provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will conduct individual treatment as assigned by the Physical Therapist and outlined in the treatment plan that includes but not limited to areas of muscle strength using our specialized Med-X equipment in our Back Care Center. You will be required to adhere to procedures regarding documentation of Physical Therapy.
Education:
Associates degree in physical therapy from an APTA accredited university.
License / Certifications:
Current MN State APTA license
Schedule:
Our office is open 8 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday.
