```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office.

```Responsibilities:```
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide administrative support to dental staff, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with dental office tasks such as sterilizing equipment and ordering supplies

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling procedures
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in dental office systems Curve dental a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
