Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the commercial plumbing service department
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of all service requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Schedule and assign work orders to technicians
- Monitor technician performance and provide coaching or training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in plumbing technology

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Commercial Plumbing service
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Plumbing repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer software for record keeping and scheduling
- Service Titan experience (preferred)
