The Trainer role is an important part of our business! Trainers are responsible for equipping their team to succeed through foundational training from Day 1, consisting of devoted teaching and coaching with trainees. Trainers model elite hospitality to our guests and demonstrate Pathway proficiency in all positions. • Eligibility:
• Available a minimum of 2 closing/opening shifts per week 
• Open availability on Saturdays
• 6 months of experience
• No history of attendance or punctuality issues
• Consistently demonstrates excellence with Chick-fil-A procedures and processes 
• Has memorized, understands, and works in accordance to Vision and Core Values
• Proactively seeks out ways to provide 2nd mile service to guests
• Models elite guest hospitality
• Operationally proficient at all positions in either FOH or BOH
• Helps others win during each shift (must be Operationally proficient to do this)
• Completed Pathway content for position (BOH/FOH)
• Food safety Pathway course is required for both FOH and BOH Trainers
• Completion of Food Safety Agreement
• Demonstrates patience and a desire to teach others
• Does not shy away from healthy confrontation and coaching
• Expectations / Daily Responsibilities 
• Attend “Train the Trainers” Session
• Warmly welcome new trainee
• Follow the training guides to execute full days of training
• Stays with trainee throughout entire duration of training
• 3 step training method: Demonstrate, Imitate, Repeat
• Continuously coach trainee performance & help them become a winner on shift
• Build a relationship with new team member throughout the training process
