ABACUS IS LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER – HYBRIDE POSITION (MARIETTA GA OFFICE)

What you will be doing:

You will have a key role as you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned customer and internal projects.

In your day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for onboarding and supporting the operational aspects of an assigned group of customer deployment projects
• Develops, executes, monitors, and adjusts project plans, resources, and implementation strategy to meet the needs of project stakeholders, and to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meets customer/stakeholder’s expectations
• Manage high-profile projects applying technical and project management expertise while leading cross-functional resources to meet project expectations within established budgets and timeframes
• Communicate with project stakeholders including customers, sales, and engineering teams to determine project goals and objectives
• Perform risk management planning, risk identification, and mitigation

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CIS/MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Experience in IT project management or general business
• High MS Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent customer relationship skills
• Display strong problem solving and conflict management skills
• Ability to appropriately analyze data to make business-impacting decisions
• Legally authorized to work in the US and/or Canada

Preferred qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in IT Project Management
• Experience in a MSP, SaaS, IaaS, or telecommunications environment
• Ability to run 12-15 projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on customer facing projects
• PMP preferred, but not required
