PRN CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE- (CMA)

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Mercy is seeking PRN CMAs to work needed shifts and the avaliabilty to work at other locations. PRN staff can choose the shifts and facility that is most convenient for their schedule/location, but have the option to work at any facility they choose to.

NEW Rates:

• $22/hr flat rate for CMAs (No shift diff, no bonuses, no benefits, no baylor pay ect).

Shifts Available:

Work a Minimum of 8 hours per week

Work a Maximum of 32 hours per week

6:00am-2:00pm

. 2:00pm-10:00pm

. 10:00pm-6:00am

Responsibilities:

Directly respond, within scope, to the needs and concerns of residents and family members

Ensure residents right to privacy (visual and auditory)

Provide resident care as directed by care plan and/or nursing staff

Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, etc. as needed

Check vital signs and record daily information in the patients chart

. Administer medications using the 5 rights

Requirements:

Must have NEBRASKA CMA Certification

Long term care experience preferred
