Admissions Coordinator

Shift Available:

• Full Time Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Responible for all activities related to admission of residents to facility
• Handles all inquiries and ensures closing of all appropriate leads as dictated by type of facility
• Conducts interviews of resident or resident representative to obtain necessary personal and financial data to determine eligibility foradmission and explain all admission criteria
• Markets programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; answering questions; conducting tours, etc.
• Ensures appropriate admission papers and signatures are obtained from residents or responsible parties prior to admission andcommunicate special needs of new admits to staff ensuring a smooth transition

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experiance in healthcare
• Positive/upbeat attitude
• High energy level
• Attention to detail
• Good attendance
