Position Overview: As a Front-of-House Support Team Member at Costa, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our restaurant. Your contributions will ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are in top-notch condition for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Clearing and marking tables promptly and efficiently
• Communicating with servers and managers to ensure outstanding customer experience in an elevated casual setting
• Polishing, restocking supplies as needed
• Maintaining a presentable restaurant appearance at all times
• Assist kitchen with running food orders accurately and efficiently
• Setting dining room according to restaurant standards; facilitating the end-of-service breakdown
• Assist in other FOH and BOH duties as needed during restaurant service

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; high-end experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Comfortable with continuous standing and walking
• A strong desire to provide outstanding service
• Team player with excellent attention to detail

Training: New hires will undergo a comprehensive two-week onboarding and training program to ensure they are well-prepared to excel in their roles.
