Role Description & Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets based on Calfus’ vision and growth strategy. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in positioning and selling services involving software engineering, AI/Gen-AI, ML. This position will work in a hybrid mode - from closest Calfus offices when not traveling.
  • Acquire new logos by identifying, nurturing and closing deals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Build business relationships with customers, particularly with the C-level executives.
  • Understand technology and its trends adequately, to be able to handle initial discussions independently with client.
  • Develop and articulate client-focused unique value proposition to senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and execute up-sell and cross-sell tactics and strategies, where feasible, to grow beyond initial sale.
  • Report on sales activity. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to extend Calfus’ offerings.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Right candidate will possess 4 years of experience in selling technology led solutions and services to clients with revenues higher than 1BUSD.
  • Selling experience in high-technology, fin-techs, software subscription services and/ or manufacturing industries is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities to closure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positivity, and the ability to overcome obstacles effectively are critical to success.
  • Executes well on communication skills, positioning, negotiation and closing techniques.
