EPIC MyChart Patient Portal Specialist

1-Full-time 

Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of:

• • Associate Degree or equivalent EMR experience
  • Preferred, but not required, ability to speak both English and Spanish
  • Preferred, but not required, experience working with a diverse population and/or underserved
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Working well in a team setting and problem-solving issues with peers in a positive

Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of position:

• Help create and implement workflows for care workflows will be a step-by-step guide for teams to enroll and educate patients on signing up and using their patient portal.
• Provide patient education and training on Patient
• Provide staff education and training on Patient.
• Actively work with marketing staff to ensure a marketing plan directly related to the patient portal is constructed and implemented.
• Work with the IT Department for setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the patient portal.
