Job Description
Our client is a service company. They seek a temp to perm Career Advisor to join their Bronx, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to new or prospective clients via telephone calls and video conferences
- Obtain information from new clients by having them complete intake paperwork
- Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients
- Verify that intake paperwork is properly signed and uploaded to our company database
- Communicate with other team members to notify them of new client enrollment
Requirements
- 3 years of career advisement experience
- Demonstrated ability to use standard office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and others
